To make sure that your Remotto does not work, we advice to do the following checks:
- Remotto properly connects and adapts to the official PlayStation® controller.
- The blue light on the Remotto battery turns on (meaning that it has, at least, some charge).
- The controller's light is set to orange color and it starts charging.
